Welcome! I’m Lauren. I’m a wife, mom and therapist living in NY. I established this practice in 2025 after deciding to have more flexibility for my work schedule. As a mom to a toddler (3 year old boy - if you know, you know), I understand how challenging it can be to balance work and life. I also know first hand how much becoming a mom can change you as a person. While I work with many different individuals experiencing a myriad of life’s challenges, I have a specific focus and passion for offering support to women in perinatal and postpartum stages. I hope to offer flexibility and convenience for accessing therapy through a remote practice (grab a cup of coffee and sit on your couch while your little one naps, perhaps?)

I’m here to support you through whatever challenges life may bring your way. Reach out today and let’s grow together!

More about my experience…

I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology in 2012 and Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling in 2014, both from SUNY New Paltz. I have experience in crisis intervention, substance abuse facilities, hospital settings, and group practices. I knew when I went into private practice I wanted to focus on maternal mental health after my own journey welcoming my son in 2022. Although I have experience working with diverse populations and presenting concerns, supporting women through one of the most transformative times in their lives is a passion of mine. I believe in how powerful having connection and support can be during such a sensitive yet intense time. We need safe spaces to discuss our experiences - the good, the bad, and everything in between.
